This is the same Batman that first appeared in Detective Comics #27 from 1939. The 1939 version of Batman always spoke to himself audibly and never had Alfred growing up, the writers of this comic just wanted to make sure this version of Batman really captures the feel of the 1930's comics. Also, as for Alfred being absent, he actually doesn't show up in 1939 until much later in Batman's career, when he already has Robin in the 40's. The original version of Batman didn't grow up with Alfred.

i loved Jeremy Adams flash run it was really awesome and badass especially as a huge fan of wally west my flash.

I grew up without cable so I never saw any of these series in their entirety. The best I got are some vague recollections of a few episodes I saw at my grandparents house. I do want to watch some of these someday.

My favorites from the list, are Ducktales and Goof Troop. I actually saw their follow-up films, before knowing their series. Thanks to Disney+ I saw the whole Goof Troop. I loved how close Max and Goofy were there, and knowing how Max and P.J.'s friendship started 😊

All three books are off to a great start.

Ghost Machine is the biggest and most important thing happening in comics. These 3 titles were all A+ comics. Looking forward to where this goes.
